Quality Dining, one of the nation's largest restaurant franchisees, is currently seeking an experienced administrative professional to work as an Administrator in the Real Estate/Legal Department at our corporate offices in Mishawaka. This is a Monday-Friday position, typically working from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional duties falling outside of those hours.

This role provides assistance and support to attorneys related to commercial real-estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, property management and franchising.  Qualified candidates must be proficient in Microsoft office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare legal documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, real estate closing documents and easements.
  • Prepare affidavits or other documents, maintain document files
  • Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:

  • Real Estate Development
  • Real Estate Transactions
  • Property Management
  • Leasing
  • Construction

Communication Skills

  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, grammar and punctuation skills required
  • Highly developed analytical ability required
  • Effective listening skills essential
  • Ability to interact with an array of personnel inside and outside of Quality Dining, Inc.

Reasoning & Problem Solving

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and provide high attention to detail
